How to Apply for Accreditation in An Additional Testing Area
Required Documentation for ICAMRL Accredited Laboratories Applying for Accreditation in an Additional Testing Area
Laboratories accredited by the ICAMRL can apply for additional testing areas (i.e.: Body [Pelvic, Abdomen, Chest and/or Breast], Cardiovascular, Musculoskeletal and/or Neurological) at any time during their three year accreditation period. The expiration date of newly accredited testing areas will coincide with that of the originally accredited areas.
The following information is required:
- Submission of three (3) case studies and corresponding final reports for the newly applied for testing area.
- Submission of appropriate documentation, as required within the Accreditation Application, for any new medical or technical staff members.
- Fee of $400.00 per testing area.
