IAC AGREEMENT
All ICAMRL applications submitted after January 1, 2010 will not have their decision rendered without submitting a completed IAC Accreditation Agreement.

THE
APPLICATION: ONLINE ACCREDITATION
Applications are accepted at any time throughout the year. Most labs will receive their accreditation decision within 2-3 months of submission of a complete application.
