FEE
FOR ACCESS TO ONLINE ACCREDITATION
The
one-time fee to purchase access to ICAMRL Online Accreditation is $200.This fee provides your laboratory with personalized access
to ICAMRL Online Accreditation, notification of periodic updates
to the online Standards, and everything you need to apply
for accreditation. Once the order is placed, the laboratory
is not obligated to apply for accreditation within any given
period of time. Access to ICAMRL Online Accreditation
and your account is good for the life of your facility.
Based
on the testing procedures offered within their facility, laboratories
may apply in any combination of the following areas of accreditation
per magnet:
- Body
[Pelvic, Abdomen, Chest and/or Breast]
- Cardiovascular
- Musculoskeletal
- Neurological
APPLICATION FEE
Effective 4/1/2009 | The application fees are outlined as follows.
Note: Application
fees should not be paid until the laboratory applies for accreditation.
New Laboratories
Initial fee for first unit............... $2400 base fee (includes one testing area)
..............................................+$400 per additional testing area
Each additional unit over one...... $1200
Accredited Laboratories
Each additional or replacement unit ....... $800

Additional fees, based upon size and complexity, apply to eligible laboratories
with multiple sites and/or mobile services.
Note: The ICAMRL does not require purchase of a specific phantom. However, through the application process participating laboratories must provide documentation of their ongoing, comprehensive quality assessment programs. For additional QA requirements, go to the Required Forms section.>>
